Problems Logging in

WVOEMS uses CIS account user name and password to verify who you are, so you must have a CIS Account, and know your user name and password to fill out an application, Your user name is your CIS account name (e.g. your WV number). Your password is the password you created when you created your CIS Account.

Having problems? Here are some hints

  • Did you use capital letters for your WV number? Make sure the WV in your WV number is capitalized.
  • Did you forget your WV number?
  • Don't know your password? In order to reset your password, you will need to know
    • Your user name (e.g. the WV number)
    • The email address used to create the account
    • have access to the emails sent to that account.
    • Reset your password through CIS
  • OR

    • Call WV OEMS toll-free at 1-888--747-8367 or dial direct (304) 558-3956, and ask to speak to Bob.

Reset Password

If you don't know your password, you can have a new password sent to you. This fully automated process is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To reset your password, go to the http://www.emspic.org website. Alternatively, you may elect to have WVOMES reset your password. Call WV OEMS toll-free at 1-888--747-8367 or dial direct (304) 558-3956, and ask to speak to Bob.
