National Registry Transition Training Letter

Any currently certified West Virginia and Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician - Basic that applies for an up-grade will have met all state requirements necessary to up-grade to an Emergency Medical Technician. Any currently certified West Virginia and Nationally Reg istered Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic that applies for an up-grade will have met all state requirements necessary to up-grade to a Paramedic.
