RESA is sponsoring a workshop on the implementation of the new EMS educational standards on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 8:00 am -5:00 pm at the Days Hotel, Flatwoods, WV.

This workshop will be conducted by the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE) and will review the intent of the standards as well as how EMS instructors can incorporate the content into their instructional methodologies.

Pre-registration is required and should be completed as soon as possible.

You should register on-line via the NAEMSE website. Go to http://www.naemse.org/educationstandardsworkshop and click on the Flatwoods, WV registration link.

You will need to pay the $150 registration fee directly to NAEMSE.

Please be advised that this workshop is open to EMS educators nationally and enrollment is limited to 100 participants. Once slots are full, no further registrations will be accepted.

If you are unable to register on the NAEMSE website, a paper registration form is enclosed. Please complete and fax to (412) 343-4770.

 

If you require a room for overnight stay, please contact the Days Hotel directly at 304-765-5055. There is a block of rooms reserved for the NAEMSE workshop until September 4, 2012.
