Attached you will find the latest revisions to equipment and supply lists for licensed EMS vehicles. There are individual lists for non-transporting (Class A) vehicles, ground ambulances (Class B & C) and CCT vehicles (Class D & E).

These requirements become effective July 1, 2011 except for the EZ IO device for Class C vehicles. The EMS for Children program has secured funding to purchase EZ IO devices and needles for all operational Class C vehicles in the state. Until these are distributed to EMS agencies, a manual IO needle will suffice.

We anticipate protocol changes in the near future which will likely require further revision. Requirements will be updated once those changes have been determined.
